Coral Ridge Oasis con 2 piscine a 30 minuti da Zion NP

We have stayed in multiple units in that same neighborhood and this one was bellow average, but more expensive. I booked this unit as many others, last minute, but there was an additional agreement that needed to be signed and an extra deposit. No details whatsoever in the main listing of the content in this extra rental agreement. Only after paying for the booking i was able to see the full agreement, which i didn't like or agreed with. The issue is that i couldn't cancel the booking and get a full refund, i couldn't stay in the unit if i didn't sign the external agreement. This felt unethical and borderline fraudulent. They either need to disclose the full agreement before payment, or allow for cancelation if you dont want to sign it. The agreement had multiple points protecting them and allowing them to withdraw from that extra deposit. For example, big charges if you smoke near the unit, but there were multiple cigarette butts in the patio when we got there. So if i didn't say something or checked the property before hand most likely they would of fine me 500(as in the agreement)for someone elses cigarette butts. Obviously vrbo customer service was no help and when i called the property manager they were also no help. Save the pain and choose a different property not manage by this people.

I want to say Thank you to the staff. We were there to surprise my dad for his birthday. We got in a little early and th Positive: The property was conveniently located. 10 minutes to St George, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon and less than an hour to Zion.

We had a good time and will be back Positive: It was quiet and good value It was far away from grocery stores

Great place to stay if you are doing a mountain bike trip to St George! Positive: Check in and Check out where easy. This was a house, fully furnished kitchen with plates / cups / silverware / etc. Garage was nice since we did a bike trip. Made for nice extra space to keep our bikes safe and secure. Easy entrance, exits and close to the freeway with alternate route to St. George. Right between St. George and Hurricane. I would stay here again definitely if we were doing a bike trip. Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike about this place. Had everything we needed.
