Cozy Home Surrounded by Pools, Spas, and a Fishing Pond

Big space and clean.

The unit had everything we needed. Pie tins, children dishes, plenty of dishes for our party, plenty of blankets, beds, towels. We did not need anything other than our clothes and food.

The place was very spacious for just 5 ladies. We were here to participate in the Huntsman World Sr Games. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Loved this place and the community pool.

Everything we needed for a perfect family weekend Positive: This location was perfect for our needs--close to freeway, fun, and family. The community itself was quiet, clean, safe, walkable to the pool and club house, with sufficient parking during our stay (early June--but at peak seasons it gets crowded). There are essentially 4 private parking spots included (2 garage, 2 driveway) and the overflow guest parking is so close. (No boats or trailers allowed.) This rental was spacious, clean, in good repair, comfortable, and supplied with enough things to make for a pleasant stay. The floor plan is well thought out with public and private spaces, indoors and out, and an almost zero-entry front door and garage threshold (plus a main-floor bedroom suite) make it very accessible. Negative: The only minor distractions were a few missing hand towels in bathrooms, having to search hard to find a kitchen trash can liner to start with, barely enough spoons for the 5 of us, and a dishwasher that needs some replacement racks because they are in bad shape (but still functional)--no deal breakers. I would definitely stay here again and am thinking about a return trip!
