other than the dryer, everything was perfect. Great host. Negative: The loud noise when you wash clothes the dryer bearings are going out. And it was loud and squeaky

Our family loved our stay in this house during our Spring Break. We made a day trip in to Zion which was super easy and really enjoyed downtown St George only 15 minutes away. We also spent a day in Snow Canyon State Park which was gorgeous. It wasn't super warm during our stay so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would've liked and we did make one Pool Night but the water temperature was warmer than the air so it was a little tough for the adults but the kids all loved it. We had asked about having a camper stay on site and were told it would be OK if it fit in th driveway but the community specifically does not allow campers or trailers per the welcome letter we got and multiple posted signs. The driveway was also too shallow and slanted to have fit a camper if allowed so that was a little disappointing but we had mad alternate arrangements to park off site.

This was the perfect property for our family stay in Utah! Close to hiking adventures, and shopping with a great pool! We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Washington/St. George area!

This was an awesome place to stay. The kids loved the community swimming pool and there was plenty of room for our group. We couldn’t get the door to open when we first got there but the host was quick to respond to fix it.
