Great location and great amenities Positive: Great experience

We were moved to this property and was very impressed

Moved to this property because of problem with original listing. Worked great for the family. Everything was easy to use and in good working order. Only issue (and it’s minor) parking was a little tight for my truck. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier.

Positive: Comfortable. Like home. Negative: Several lamps did not work. Was not prepared to stream TV. Unable to connect to watch the women's world cup.

We’ve stayed at Las Palmas for the past 6 years when we visit St George for work related events. This was not a typical stay. When we arrived, there were ants in the kitchen area. It was late at night and I called maintenance the next morning. They were quick to respond and came over. They sprayed and apologized for the inconvenience. Later that night, we tried to use the microwave. Didn’t work. Again, maintenance responded quickly and came over the next day. Microwave couldn’t be replaced and would need to be approved by the owners to get a new one. Later that evening we tried to use the family and waterfall pools but the fob key wouldn’t work. At this point, it seemed a comedy of errors. Hopefully, things get fixed before the next group comes in.
